Dr. Chatman Dr. Chatman specializes in foot and ankle surgery, holding a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his surgical residency at Georgetown University and MedStar Washington Hospital Center, where he refined his expertise in advanced surgical techniques. Following this, he pursued a fellowship in Lower Extremity Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, further establishing his leadership in limb preservation for high-risk foot types. Dr. Windy Cole is an honor graduate from the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Cole has been in practice for over 24 years. She is an adjunct professor and Director of Wound Care Research at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Wound Management. Based in Western Pennsylvania, she completed her Masters in Health Services Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is the Past President of the American Professional Wound Care Association and the American College of Hyperbaric Medicine. He is Founder and President Emeritus of AZH Wound & Hyperbaric Center (2015-2021). Dr. Niezgoda was the Hyperbaric Medical Director at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee (1999-2013). Dr. Niezgoda serves as the CMO for Kent Imaging and for WebCME, an international educational wound care and hyperbaric company.
