The Cellular, Acellular, Matrix-like Products (CAMPs) Symposium 2026 invites submissions of state-of-the-art research abstracts in this fast-evolving and impactful field. We welcome contributions from clinicians, scientists and innovators working to advance the understanding and application of CAMPs in tissue repair and wound management.

• Abstract submission opens: November 5, 2025

• Abstract submission closes: January 6, 2026

• Acceptance notifications: January 30, 2026

• Intent to Present Due: February 5, 2026

• Poster PDF upload deadline: February 20, 2026

Submission guidelines

Abstracts must be submitted through the official submission portal below no later than January 6, 2026.

When submitting, please indicate whether you would like your abstract to be considered for:

• Poster Hall Presentation only, or

• Both Poster Hall Presentation and Rapid-Fire Round

The Rapid-Fire Round will consist of a 5-minute presentation followed by 2 minutes of Q&A, offering presenters a dynamic opportunity to showcase key findings to a live audience.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the CAMPs Scientific Committee. Acceptance notifications will be sent by January 30, 2026.

Poster Hall Presentation requirements

Only accepted posters that have been submitted through the official portal below will be eligible for display at the CAMPs Symposium 2026. Unaccepted submissions or posters not submitted through the portal will not be permitted.

If your abstract is accepted:

• Confirm your intent to present by February 5, 2026

• Submit a PDF version of your poster by February 20, 2026

• Bring a physical copy of your poster to display in the Poster Hall on a bulletin board measuring 4 ft (height) × 8 ft (width)
